Promotions Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, DAS promotions are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of DAS, its affiliates, and its fulfillment partners are not eligible to win sweepstakes or giveaway prizes.

2. Promotion-Specific Terms

Each promotion may carry additional terms, including but not limited to start and end dates, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, geographic restrictions, and prize details. Where these Promotion Terms conflict with the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms control as to that promotion.

3. Discount Codes and Coupons

• One discount code per order, unless expressly stated otherwise
• Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or loyalty discounts unless expressly stated
• Discount codes are not valid on gift cards, taxes, shipping, or previously discounted items unless expressly stated
• Discount codes expire on the date specified at issuance and are void if not used by that date

4. Sweepstakes and Giveaways

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any DAS sweepstakes or giveaway, except where expressly permitted by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected at random and notified by email or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) business days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted, except by DAS, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving any prize valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more.

6. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

DAS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including where DAS reasonably believes the promotion has been compromised by fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond DAS's reasonable control.

7. Fraud and Abuse

Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or abuse a DAS promotion, including by using multiple accounts, automated entries, or false information, will result in immediate disqualification, voiding of any prize or discount, and may result in civil or criminal liability. DAS reserves the right to refuse to honor any promotion code, prize, or order it reasonably believes was obtained through fraud or abuse.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with a promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the use of your contact information for the administration of the promotion and for marketing communications where you have opted in.

9. Release of Liability

By participating in any DAS promotion, you release and agree to hold harmless DAS, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to a DAS promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, unless DAS elects in writing to proceed in another jurisdiction where personal jurisdiction lies.
