Order Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 27, 2026

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order placed with DRIVER APPRECIATION SOLUTIONS INC. ("DAS") may be canceled. Because many of our items are produced or fulfilled on demand, our cancellation window is limited.

1. Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel a standard, non-customized order within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet entered production or shipping. Once an order has been transmitted to production or to a fulfillment partner, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, embroidered, monogrammed, or made-to-order items are non-cancelable once the order is submitted. By placing such an order, the customer authorizes DAS and its production partners to begin work immediately.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please:

  • Email returns@driverappreciationsolutions.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]"
  • Or call 302.681.0995 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CT)
  • Include your full name, order number, and the email address associated with the order

4. Confirmation of Cancellation

A cancellation is not effective until DAS has confirmed it in writing. If you do not receive a written cancellation confirmation, please assume the order is still active and contact our customer service team for verification.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is approved before the order has shipped, DAS will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping charges that have not yet been incurred, to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Dispute Policy.

6. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

  • If an order has already shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return request and will be subject to our Return Policy
  • If a custom or personalized item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled and is non-refundable

7. DAS-Initiated Cancellations

DAS reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity
  • Pricing or inventory errors
  • Inability to verify shipping or billing information
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Out-of-stock items or supply interruptions

If DAS cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts charged for the canceled portion.
