You provide: your name, company/fleet name, email address, mobile phone number, shipping/billing address, and the details of your quote request, order, or inquiry. If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and your consent record (date, time, and source of opt-in).
Collected automatically: basic device and usage data (pages viewed, referring page, approximate region, and similar analytics) via cookies and standard web technologies, to operate and improve the site.
Payment: card payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We use the information we collect to: respond to your quotes, inquiries, and support requests; process and fulfill orders and send order and proof updates; operate our customer-care text-messaging program (below); maintain your account; comply with legal obligations; and improve our website and services. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Our SMS program is a customer-care program: after you contact us and opt in (by checking the SMS-consent box and submitting your mobile number on a DAS form), we may text you in response to your request — quotes and pricing access, program planning and consultation scheduling, order and proof updates, and answers to your questions. Our commitment to your mobile data: No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
