This notice describes the legal, regulatory, and export restrictions that apply to purchases from DRIVER APPRECIATION SOLUTIONS INC. ("DAS"). By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants compliance with all applicable laws and restrictions stated below.
DAS sells and ships its products only to addresses within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. DAS does not currently accept orders for delivery to United States territories, military addresses outside the continental United States, or international destinations, except as expressly agreed in writing.
DAS products may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and economic sanctions administered by the United States Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The customer is solely responsible for compliance with these laws if any product is later re-exported, transferred, or transshipped.
Customers represent and warrant that they are not:
DAS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or unwind any transaction it reasonably believes would violate United States sanctions or export laws.
Customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, to place an order with DAS.
DAS products, including any branded apparel and safety-related merchandise, are intended for personal or authorized commercial use only. Customers may not resell, redistribute, modify, or incorporate DAS products into any other branded or commercial offering without the prior written consent of DAS.
All trademarks, logos, slogans, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on or embodied in DAS products are the exclusive property of DAS or its licensors. Purchase of a product does not transfer any ownership of, or license to use, any DAS intellectual property beyond the personal enjoyment of the product itself. Unauthorized reproduction, replication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of DAS products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including any employer or fleet-operator policies to which the customer is subject.
DAS may update this Legal and Export Restrictions notice at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
