How we create and review content.

Our guides, articles, and calculators are written for fleet and HR leaders. Here is how that content is drafted, sourced, checked, and corrected.

Driver Appreciation Solutions publishes guides, articles, and tools about driver recognition and retention. Every piece goes through the same process before it reaches you.

Who writes and reviews it

Our content is authored and reviewed by Shakir Shafeek of Driver Appreciation Solutions. He reads and approves every page and article before it is published or updated.

AI-assisted drafting, human review

We use AI tools to help draft and edit. An AI-assisted draft is a starting point, not a finished page: a person reads it, checks it, and approves it before it goes live, and stands behind what it says.

Sourcing

We cite primary sources: the original study, the government dataset, or the publishing organization’s own report, not a secondhand summary. If we cannot trace a figure to a primary source, we leave the number out and make the point without it.

Fact-checking

  • Figures and claims are checked against the cited source before publishing.
  • Names, dates, and events, such as Driver Appreciation Week dates, are confirmed against the organizer’s own announcement.
  • Calculators use the numbers you enter. They do not assume an industry figure for you, and results are labeled as estimates.

Updates and corrections

We revisit content when a source changes or a reader flags a problem. If you spot an error, email info@driverappreciationsolutions.com with the page and what needs correcting. We review every report and update the page when it is wrong.
