These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-messaging program operated by DRIVER APPRECIATION SOLUTIONS INC. ("DAS," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions.
When you opt in, DAS may send you recurring text messages related to your driver-recognition program — including quotes and pricing access, program planning and consultation scheduling, order and proof updates, and occasional program news. Messages may be sent by our team or by an automated system on our behalf.
You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box and submitting your mobile number on a DAS form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided and are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your program activity.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier. DAS does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
For help, text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or email info@driverappreciationsolutions.com. We will respond with support contact information.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through the SMS program is used solely to operate the program and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes; all other category exclusions apply.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
