The best corporate gift companies for a trucking fleet are the ones that can reach drivers who are rarely at a desk, put the fleet's name on something worth keeping, and deliver hundreds of gifts by a fixed date. Gift-choice platforms, promotional suppliers and curated fulfillment services each solve part of that problem. Match the vendor type to the job.
Eight corporate gift companies covered below, in no ranked order:
- Goody
- Snappy
- Sendoso
- Corporate Traditions
- Awards Network
- 4imprint
- Positive Promotions
- Driver Appreciation Solutions (DAS)
Every vendor fact comes from the vendor's own website, read on October 22, 2026, and is linked at the claim. Confirm details with each company before ordering. If you already want fleet-branded appreciation delivered to terminals or drivers, request a quote from a DAS fleet specialist.
What makes gifting drivers different
Buying gifts for drivers is not the same as buying for an office. Four things change the vendor choice:
- Addresses. Over-the-road drivers may be out for weeks. Some vendors ask the recipient for an address by text or email link; others ship to one place for you to hand out.
- Usefulness on the road. A gift that fits a cab or a long day outside gets used. A desk gadget usually doesn't.
- Branding. A gift with the fleet's logo and the driver's name says who it is from. A generic gift card does not. Our planned post on gift cards vs physical gifts covers that trade-off.
- One date, many locations. As of October 2026, the American Trucking Associations event schedule lists National Truck Driver Appreciation Week 2027 as September 12–18, and many fleets order for every terminal at once.
The eight corporate gift companies
1. Goody
As of October 2026, Goody's homepage says you can "Send one gift or 1,000+. No address required," that recipients "can accept or choose their own gift" and enter their own shipping details, and that it has "No minimums" on its gift and swag offerings. It says signing up is free, that it is "Trusted by 25,000+ companies," and that its branded swag is printed on demand.
Fits fleets that want drivers to choose their own gift by phone link and don't want to collect addresses.
2. Snappy
Snappy's homepage describes an "All-in-One Corporate Gifting Platform" and lists "9M+ Gifts delivered," "150+ Countries" and "350,000+ Gift options." Its page description says "No delivery address needed," and its occasion menu includes work anniversaries, new hires and birthdays, with HRIS integrations for automated gifting.
Fits fleets that want automated anniversary and birthday gifts tied to an HR system, with recipient choice.
3. Sendoso
Sendoso's homepage calls it a "Gifting & Direct Mail Platform" and lists use cases for marketing, sales and customer teams, plus a people-team use case to "celebrate milestones, recognize achievements, and personalize onboarding." It says it is "Trusted with over 15million sends" and describes its own fulfillment center and custom merchandise service.
Fits fleets that also send gifts to shippers and customers and want one platform for both.
4. Corporate Traditions
Corporate Traditions' homepage offers gift cards, a pick-your-gift program with "Millions of physical gifts shipped right to employees' doors," and turkey and grocery vouchers "Accepted at 15k+ grocery stores nationwide." It states "No Contracts. No Fees. No Minimums."
Fits fleets that want a simple employee choice or grocery voucher with no contract.
5. Awards Network
Awards Network's homepage describes an individual gift program: "Share your recipient list and we handle everything from setup, branding, notifications," with doorstep delivery, recipients choosing "from thousands of brand-name options," and "No contracts, no per-user fees." Delivery is within the 48 contiguous states at no shipping charge, per the same page.
Fits fleets that want brand-name gift choice for milestones and safety awards with the vendor handling notices.
6. 4imprint
4imprint's homepage says it carries "30,000+ personalized items" across apparel, bags, drinkware, tools and more, with a 24-hour rush option, free samples and a shop-by-budget and quantity search.
Fits fleets that know exactly what they want printed and will receive, sort and hand out the order themselves.
7. Positive Promotions
Positive Promotions has a truck driver appreciation gifts category that listed 274 products when we read it, including themed apparel and appreciation items, with filters for personalization, minimum order quantity and production time.
Fits fleets that want trucking-themed apparel and appreciation items and will assemble their own gift.
8. Driver Appreciation Solutions (DAS)
Driver Appreciation Solutions is a specialist in recognition programs for the trucking industry, focused on curated driver appreciation and fulfillment. DAS curates the appreciation, brands every piece with the fleet's logo, driver names and colors with no setup fee and no artwork charge, and proofs the artwork before production. Delivery goes to a terminal, one hub or individual drivers across the United States, with multi-location coordination. Fleets, shippers and brokers can order; the minimum is 10 units on all items. DAS supports quotes, purchase orders, vendor setup, invoice billing and Net-30 for approved carriers through company purchasing. Pricing is quoted per program. Request current pricing.
Fits fleets that want curated appreciation with fulfillment handled for them, rather than choosing items or running a platform.

A scorecard for corporate gifting vendors
Score each shortlisted vendor on a 1-to-5 scale for these criteria, multiply by the weight, and add. The weights are a starting point for a driver gift; change them to suit your fleet.
| Criterion | Weight | How to test it |
|---|---|---|
| Reaches drivers who are away for weeks | 3 | Ask for the exact path from your approval to the driver's hands |
| Branded with your fleet's name | 2 | Ask for a proof before you pay |
| Useful in a truck or a long day outside | 2 | Ask for a sample, then hand it to a driver |
| Meets your date in September | 3 | Get the order cut-off in writing |
| Minimum fits your headcount | 1 | Check the minimum per item, not per order |
| Fits your purchasing process | 1 | Ask about purchase orders, invoicing and terms |
| Return rules are clear | 1 | Ask what happens to personalized items |
Maximum score: 65. A vendor that scores low on the first row will struggle with an over-the-road fleet whatever else it does well.
On returns, read the policy before you order. At DAS, for example, customized pieces are final sale; see the return policy.
When to order: a timeline for a September gift
Work backward from the date. For Driver Appreciation Week, September 12–18, 2027:
- Late spring: count drivers by location and settle the budget.
- June: shortlist two vendors, get samples and proofs.
- July: approve artwork and place the order. Ask each vendor for its current deadline; lead times vary by item and season.
- August: confirm delivery addresses and who receives the boxes at each terminal.
- September: present the gifts in person where you can, with a note from leadership.
If you are deciding between logo merchandise and a curated gift, our planned post on promotional products vs curated gifts walks through it.
